I am employed once again.
I am officially an infusion nurse at a infectious disease office.
I interviewed on monday and got the job that day, started today. my bff also works with me.
it's a little scary since the doctor oversees all of my work and i have to deal with billing.

On friday, i went on an interview and was offered the job today;
I am officially a psychiatric nurse.
I already saw my first two clients.
This is just soo crazy.

Today i made my first cloth pantyliner/pad. I don't use pads at all but am a big fan of pantyliners so i figured i might go down this path.
It has a pocket to insert more layers of flannel during menses.
I've also started to use the OCM to clean my face and witch hazel as a toner but i dont see a reduction in blackheads yet, however, it's really only been a week. Oh, i've also started to use olvie oil as a moisturizer and i like that very much.

Semester is over. Grades were as follows:
319 A- Geriatrics
320 B Pharmacology and Patho
340 B- Pediatrics/OB
So far, we are 25 remaining of the 48. Most are repeating this last semester.
I get a one week break until next semester in which i am a senior and only have two semesters remaining.
This next clinical is going to be terrifying with the instructor i have.
Oh yeah, i'm secretary of the Student Nurses Association.
Yikes.

I cannot decide exactly what type of nurse I want to be.
For a while I was thinking OR, but Labor and Delivery isnt that awful. I delivered a couple of babies today. I just dont feel an attachment to the birthing experience.
What is a nurse to do.

i went from scoring the lowest on a test to scoring the highest.
i'm so happy i'm passing.

Grades for this semester are as follows:
305 89.56% B+
306 88.39% B+
307 82.72% B-
308 80something B
329 97.40% A
I had to work super hard for those grades so i'm a little intimidated for next semester of which i have peds first and my study group was split up =(
I have the next two weeks off so i plan to do a lot of mellowing out.

finally quit my job at the veterinarian. now it's just school with free weekends aside from my hospital duty. two weeks till spring break. still maintaining good grades. hiking is fun.

| Litter Problem |

so i recently changed the type of litter in my bun's litter box. it used to be pine shavings, but after reading it led to liver disease and other things, i changed to
I combined them for a while until i ran out of the pine and he did fine with that.
yesterday i ran out of the pine so i used only the new cozy comfort and he started to eat it like popcorn!
when i woke up this morning, he had taken out majority of the litter and moved it to another part of the cage. alot of it was gone so i think he ate some during redecorating.
i'm a little worried because the litter is made of wood fibers.
In conclusion, what do you guys think i should do to keep him from doing this?
and what litter's do you guys use?

Pequito has quite the little attitude. He has become so aggressive towards me. Whenever i try to scoot him off the couch he when i pick him up off the table and carry him down to the floor, he scratches me! It makes me very sad.
Anyways, I hate school and but my one class this semester might be neat. Who knows?
Aside from that, I think I will take up composting for my future vegetable garden.
I still need a job, boo.

this summer should be very nice but i'll be hard on me and my family financially.
in other news, how about nevada?
Nevada ranks 50th among states in the percent of babies born who recieved early prenatal care. In other words, we ranked last.
Number of children in foster care: 3,018
Number of children adopted from foster care: 251
There's a problem here.
